Came home, from work today, to find our 14' female Burm laying her first clutch.

Over the past few hours, she's laid a total of 20 eggs, but only 2 have been fertile. She's still having contractions and still laying...so, hopefully more will be fertile.

Pics to follow, once she's done laying. I'll probably give her till tomorrow, to finish laying, before I'm satisified she's done. I've already pulled the 18 slugs...hopefully, I don't get any more.

You can definately tell the difference between the fertile and infertile...

1. That is awesome, congrats.
2. Is that size correct 14 feet? Holy Crap, I don't look in this section much so forgive me if it's common but that is crazy you have a 14 foot snake in your house.

are you going to sell the hatchlings? I've been looking for some CB burms but everywhere I look they're all albino labbys, green albinos, or granites albinos which are all pretty pricey. I'd be interested in a youngster if youre selling

yea i'd probly snag a baby 2

Unfortunately, only 3 out of her 21 total eggs were viable.

I had planned to sell, but since we got so few, my girlfriend has decided she wants to keep them.

I told her we'd keep one but that's it. So, if these other two hatch out, I'll be selling.

I'll keep in touch.
