cute little guy, just feed him plenty of greens like dandelion, collards, kale, etc. and give him access to UV lighting and he will grow like a weed
We bought a nice UVA/UVB light and have been feeding Mazuri Tortoise pellets and romaine lettuce. Tried collards, but the prior owner only fed romaine. I'm determined to switch off since collards are highest calcium content.

Letuce?! Cant you do better then that? He doesant need no slow switching, just stick the vegies he trully needs to eat in there and he will eat them granted, sulcata are trash cans...but these are high fiber and calcium need trash cans. In this age he is so small that letuce can be trully be harmfull to him, DONT use it. Besides the completly unadequade "nutrition" it offers, store brough letuce is a poor food choice, even for humans. People even told me about canaries dying shortly after ingesting it...
