Out door pond project

Thought I would start a thread about our outdoor pond. Already got a 5000g koi, native (uk fish) and catfish pond in my garden that's been there for 22 years plus. So my family are re doing it, plan is to dig it out a couple feet deeper and round the edge and raise it out the ground so it will be nearly double it's current capacity. I will try get some update pics as it progresses.

What kind of uk natives do you have? I'm a big fan of all the temperate and coldwater from anywhere in the world (US, Europe, Northern Asia, etc) and unfortunately it's very difficult to get barbel and tench in the us.
 
I have common carp, mirrors , grass carp, roach, Rudd, tench, two wels (sort of native lol). There in the holding pool I'll try snap some pics
