Huge out of hobby sale Alameda, CA

NO SHIPPING. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY.

I’d like to sell the complete setups, but if I’m not able to find buyers over the next month, I will part out.

270 Gallon Blue Back TruVu Acrylic Aquarium
Complete system comes with the following:
- 300 Series (35 Gallon) TruVu Truflo wet/dry sump with bio-balls
- Rio 2500 and Rio 3100 return pumps
- 2 Rena XP3 Filstar canister filters complete with media
- 2 300 watt heaters
- 36” Coralife Double Compact Fluorescent Strip Light
- 36” Coralife Single Compact Fluorescent Strip Light

Dimensions of tank: 72”L X 36”W X 24”T
Dimensions of stand: 79”L X 43.5”W X 32”T

They don’t make stands like this anymore. It’s solid oak and can probably carry the weight of a tank 5 times this size.

$1,400 for the full setup (See first 4 pix below)

240 Gallon Clear for Life Acrylic black back Aquarium with dual corner overflows
Complete system comes with the following:
- 300 Series (35 Gallon) TruVu Truflo wet/dry sump with bio-balls
- Reeflo Snapper external pump (it hums a bit…not completely silent)
- 2 Rena XP4 Filstar canister filters complete with media
- 2 fluorescent shop lights
- 2 250W heaters

Tank: 96"L X 24"W X 24"T
Stand: 100"L X 27.5"W X 42"T (refinished it a few months ago)

I spent about 40 hours buffing this tank. There are a few spots where you will see crazing, but it's solid.

$1,200 for the full setup (see Pix 5 thru 8 below)

50 Gallon Odyssey Glass aquarium
Complete system:
- Rena Filstar XP3
- Compact Fluorescent light
- Grey stand and matching top

Tank: 37"L X 18"W X 23.5"T

$225 for the full setup- like new...only 2.5 years old (see 2nd and 3rd from last photos)

45 Gallon Wet/Dry Filter
It’s a DIY, but I think I did a pretty good job. See my build thread for more info. I’ll throw in about 8 gallons of bioballs and a Rio 2500 and Rio 3100 Pump.

$125

Fish:

1 Silver Arowana 20” $40
14 Clown Loaches. Sizes vary from 2.5” to 5.5” - $200 for the pack
5 Red Hook Silver Dollars 6” to 8” - $100 for all 5
4 Bala Sharks 7” to 9” - $40 for all 4
1 Tiger Oscar 10” - $20
1 Pink Tail Chalceus 6” - $15
1 Sailfin Pleco 6” - $5
1 Pictus Catfish 5” -$5
1 Pike 6” - $15
1 Fire Eel 16” $20

I have had most of these fish for 2.5+ years. I want them to go to good homes. The arowana has frayed fins and drop eye, but has a huge appetite. As long as another fish can’t fit in his mouth, he’s not aggressive. He eats Freeze Dried Krill and market shrimp. All other fish are in excellent health and feed on New Life Spectrum.

man oh man those big tanks are complete steals. wish i had the funds for that 240.

I set the prices for quick sale. Considering everything that comes with the tanks, I think it's a pretty good deal. Turnkey systems!

bump for the 270g, lovely dimension!

You definitely have options with these dimensions...as you can see, I'm boring and stuck with your average Petco fish, but you can mix it up with 3' front to back width.
