Looking for a new pleco and want something unusual, but im on a budget. Whats a good pleco that is different then the common and is cheap?

Clown pleco's tend to be very boring and seldom seen imo. Id go with a butterfly if you can get one. They usually run $8-$10.

I'd say L001 but they need at least a 75 gallon(for life).

I agree. Mine is always out and about. The cichlids dont even mess with him.

Rhino pleco kinda cool looking and cheap as far as plecos go. They will need around a 40 long or better.

I had a 13.5 inch one so I'd say a 40 long is too small

Some call L129 the "poor man's zebra pleco." I think the L52-butterfly is more similar to an L46. Both are relatively cheap.
Another relatively cheap fancy pleco is L204 "flash" or "emperor flash." Sometimes you can find them at $15, but usually more around $20-25.

A smallish royal can be had for a reasonable amount, and a GN if you have experience, only cost about $30.

Lacking that, and if you have room, try an albino sail fin...common but quite striking when grown up.
