Hey have this is in the catfish forum but probably belongs here, 539 gallon aquarium w/ bucket filter & upper 55 gallon aquarium that will house plants. currently growing out 2 channel catfish in it right now, planning on stocking the whole tank w/ channel cats & maybe some lmb or pumpkinseeds all wc. right now has 10 9-10"+ goldfish in it right now but will rehoming them to my buddies pond once the fishing season starts. reason i'm posting here is i've noticed my goldfish attempting to breed over the last week, upon inspecting my filter this morning i notice all the eggs attached to it with the fry probably at 3 days? any suggestions for keeping the fry alive? is it too late to try and quarantine them?

also the pic that shows the driftwood, that day i had over fed the fish and came home to the water being that color, it is steadily clearing up since saturday. im wondering if the coloration is from the breeding activity? i've seen the fish actively pursuing two goldfish which i believe are females, so there could have been a decent amount of "male activity" entering the water. my pics of the eggs and fry don't do it justice, my bucket probably has 250+ eggs attached to it like that, hard to tell if there's eggs elsewhere in the tank right now.
