Over feeding RTC possible?

I have a 2 inch RTC that eats everything I drop in the tank, even food for its TSN tank mate.

Is it possible that he will eat so much in one sitting that he will kill himself???

There have been numerous instances when RTC's have eaten more than they could swallow. So yeah, it is possible.

his belly looks like its going to burst, and he still has half a worm stickin out of his mouth and doesnt seem to want to give it up...

You need to regulate who gets what. As he gets bigger he may puke up the excess and then you are faced with Massive water changes.
