no i mean the part that is built into the tank the kind that has a stand pipe in it that you have to drill the tank for.

You answered your own question. They are built into the tank. You could probably fabricate one with some acrylic sheets.

Yep, fabricate one. You can also special order one from a tank manufacturer. Just have your specs on hand when you call.
