I've seen quite a few people in my state selling piranahas on their and theyre illegal here. Also had one guy selling a red aro.
arowanas are illegal depending on were u live in Texas they r not illegal so u can sell them online or in pet stores

Considering not too long ago Craigslist was a haven for prostitutes, I don't think selling a fish is going be high on LE's priorities.
