Hi Guys
Just got my 6x2x2 up and running (180g)

I have stocked it with ( all baby's)

2x fire mouth Cichlid
6x Tropheus
1x blue dolphin
2X Electric yellow
2x electric blue
3x red jewels
4x clown loachs
1x black knife
1x gold spot pleco
1x BNCF
**********************************
Right now it looks like a tank of water, just looking to see if u guys think at full size i'm over stocked.

I would love to add jardini i have been told if i get one small and rase it in the tank well fed it will leave my other fish alone.
any thorghts?

Tank has rock back ground some caves so on.

Any Over stocked? add the Jardini ?? any ideas guys.

I think its overstocked. The clown knives will start eating the africans as will the black knife. I say get rid of the africans or the knives. Also you couldn't get a jardini, the tanks too small and they are too aggressive. Whats a BNCF?

Don't go for the Jardini. All it will do is become too large for your tank and probably a little before that, kill everything else. Some of the fish you're listing there (loaches, jewels) don't get that big or grow very slow, so the jardini could eat them.

Also, be careful if some of those cichlids pair up. They could get really mean to others. In a tank your size with enough hides it could work.

Your tank may look empty now, but all that means is more space for fish to grow and faster-growing fish. So before you know it, I bet it'll be more interesting.

I think your stock level sounds good, esp if you have robust filtration.

Not over stocked at all looks good. I don't even see we're he said he wants a clown knife. But yeah ditch the black ghost knife and no jardini will kill everything before he outgrows that tank within a year or so

My bad, were it said clown loach, right below it says black knife so I guess I went dyslexic. Well now that there aren't 4 clown knives, the setup isn't overstocked but still the black knife might still eat some africans and the jardini will kill most things and then outgrow the tank.

BNCF = bristlenose catfish

As a filter i have a 4 tray canister filter rated at 2800lph ( holds huge amount of media ) Only need the one filter ?

I was told that filter was all i needed / but i can add a 1800lph if i need.

Thanks for all your help and input so far guys.
