I have my 450g 8'L x 3'W x 2.5'T as my native setup or should I say catchable fish in the USA. All my fish seem to be doing great and get along with the weekly standoff of my green and Texas Rio but they never get physical. I have a 11-12" LMB, 6" longear, 8-9" green, 9-10" hybrid green/bluegill, 8" bluegill, 10" Texas Rio, 12" catfish, 13-14" oscar, and 3x 13-14" white crappie. Thinking of just keeping one of the crappie but not sure yet as to which one or maybe I could keep all three. I have plenty as far as filters go. Would like all input and thoughts? I will post some pics later tonight.

sounds alright to me lets see some fts you can probably determine whether your tank is crowded or not. Im sure if you keep up on water changes you should be fine

Looks good keep up the good work and your tank doesn't look over stocked and the water looks clear. What type of filtration sump? Nice healthy live stock pretty jealous right now not gonna lie

seems to be plenty of room for the fish to swim, as long as the water parameters are fine, I think you are OK. Might want to add more plants and rocks for hiding places though, especially for the cat.

If you do run into issues, moving out a crappie or two along with oscar and bass would be your best bet

My filter is a 125G aquarium with a rubbermaid drawer storage system. First level is poly fiber, and the next two levels are five gallons of bio balls and 400 scrubbies. I also have two Eheim 2260s that are in the sump and filter within the sump. My return pump is a Reeflo Hammerhead. The big oscar is in there just for the summer but he ended up getting along great with the Native crew which is odd because he has never let anything in his 280g that Im usung as a grow out right now for some WC Mono PB. Im glad that it worked because Im thinking of getting a smaller oscar to go with my Mono PB and adding them to the Native tank. It would be a tank of natives and catchable fish from the deep south states. Florida, South Texas, ect. I do need to add a cliff or cave for my bullhead. Thanks for the input and as you can see this tank is a work in progress. Anything that you all would add or change? I would like one gar but not sure if it would work.
