a few comments:

32' gar would be a universal record length for a gar...but we can guess you meant 32" :P

keeping a gar that large in a tank that small is irresponsible.

gars are illegal in california.

ps-- hoping that's a joke and it isn't your fish? :)

i think this is good for him now
because i just rescued him from my backyard pond that i left him
alone for a year without food ,but last week i went and checked him he was alive ,so i felt bad that i left him there. i finally brought him back in the house. now he 's warm and started to eat again, after his habitat:nilly:

Most likely an Aligator Gar? I guess your just trying to take the piss out of us and you know we will hunt you down and give it a big tank if it was true.

Can u post pics of ur other tank.. I would love to see some of the fish in there.. Pics of the one's in ur sig...

if this is where you plan on keeping that gar (and yes, it's a gator gar) for the long haul...or even for the winter, i stand by my previous comments in that this is very irresponsible fish keeping, and borderline cruel to the animal.

i would suggest getting a bigger tank for the fish or getting rid of the fish itself (i.e. new owner, etc) if you cannot care for it properly.

and again, consider the fact that gars are illegal in the state of california--
