Do I go to the Web sites for each product so I can figure out my Turn??

each of the manufactures web site will have that information if you do not still have the paper manuals. I do not think there is an easy, one stop, fill in the blank web calculator for your request.

get the gallons per hour and divide it by the tank size... that give you the approximate.. the lift/head pressure brings it down, but thats what you should be expecting... theres no such thing as overfiltering just to much water movement and by the looks of your setup it seems some of them have quite a bit of water movement.

Weekly WC (25%)

The fish I have now like the movement

125: (All Juvi)
1 x Jag
1 x Tex

All gph from petsolutions.com catalog

Eheim Pro II (2028)....................................................280gph
Eheim Classic 2213 (With surface skimmer).....................116gph
3 x Emp 400..........................................400gph x 3 + 1200gph
1 x AC 50 PH with Attachment......................................200gph
1 x AC 70 PH with Attachment70...................................300gph

total.......................................................................2096gph

2096 divided by 125 equals 16.77 turn over per hour:WHOA:

of course turnover rate is only a small part of the equation. Alot more has to do with media and type of filter. For example the AC70 at 300gph has no wear near the filtering capacity of the eheim 2028 at 280gph.

Petsolutions! Cool, and yes, the media is what makes the ratio make sense. A PH with no media just creates a current. I do have media with all of my filters....

Thank you!
