I'm looking for an overflow box but I'm not sure what's my best bet. I wan something quiet but still handles a large volume of flow. I'd like to run 1000gph+.

eshopps overflows are piece of crap. I had a thread about leaking overflow box and it was by eshopps. The water will start leaking between the connecting point of tubes and box itself. Their intake tubes are so cheap both broke at the nose. And the overflow box I got with their sump was smaller than the sump can support, and it can't even handle the gph that it is supposed to be rated for. In the end I had to remove the box and use the bulkhead that came with the tank.
I would give one of these a try. But the thing is it's in one piece so your tank must have enough top open space for it to fit.
