Overhead Filter not flowing right

I just got my filter last night and install it. I just followed a diagram behind the box. The only issue is the water is not reaching the last two filter trays, here's the pics:

So what did I miss? Thanks in advance!

Hmmm, I'll check the hose.

That water came from the pond ( which also has a leak ) so we had to transfer all the fish to this aquarium.

I can see the water is simply going UNDER the last 2 sections rather than through them. There must be a leak in the first section. Just have a good look to sork out where the water is going and where it is supposed to go.

Ive never seen this variation of OHF. Most are very simple with a long spray bar.
