My 120 gallon tank right now has 8 clown loaches (ranging from 3in - 8 in), 6 in Jack Dempsey, 3 in green terror. In another tank I have a 5 in green terror, 4 in Festae, and a 6 in severum.

My question is if I moved my small green terror out of the 120, would it be overstocked if I added the larger green terror, severum, and festae? The tank is 4' X 4' with an xp3 and fx5 for filtration and would house 8 clown loaches, Jack Dempsey, Severum, Green Terror, and a Festae. It sounds pretty tight to me but I am wanting to get more color added to my show tank in the living room.

Within the next year I will have a 300 + gallon that most of them will be moving too, if that helps any.

Thanks for your help and any advice you can give.

I think you could get away with everything but the festae but if that leaves the two festae in a tank together watch to make sure the larger one doesn't pick on the other but that comes down to the other tanks size as well.

I have a similar set up and haven't had any aggression issues. Won't know until you try it.
