Overstocked? Khulis + Guppies

Hi all, please let me know what you guys think about this setup:

-3 Khuli loaches (all three are 3")
-17 Guppies/Endlers (some are big, like two inches, others are tiny, like 3/4", all tails included).
-1 Dwarf aquatic frog
-two dozen or so shrimp (red cherry, amano, ghost)
-5 albino pleco fry (out of the tank after 1.5")

All guppy fry go to another tank upon drop, 30% water change per week. 20 gallon long.

Get rid of the plecos and get oto cats, half the guppies. and honestly the frog should go.

I am concerned that the plecos and frog will eat the smaller shrimp. The guppies and Endlers will likely cross breed, which is another issue. I personally don't think the mix works at all.

more khulis as well- maybe 5, or more. Lots of habitat & lots of water flow.

Move half the guppies, the cherry red shrimp, and at least three plecos because they grow fast and big.

i'm trying 2 eels, 7 kuhlis, and three frogs. keeping 1 pleco and the shrimp, and moving all the guppies. Better?
