Overstocked?

am i over stocked on either

7x2.5x2, filteration is 2x fx5
3 salmon tail cats
11 silver perch
3 spangled perch
1 jardini
4 scats
2 eel tails

6x2x2 50gallon sump
3 monos
7 archers
4 eel tails
1 mangrove jack

as long as the fish are able to move around compfertibly and you have enough filtration no...alot of people are "overstocked" here

yeah it doesnt seem that bad, just that the managrove jack is eventually gonna become HUGE
