Yep, this is dumb. I love the one person who comments and says, "Small tanks like this are for goldfish." They're trying to say that they know more about fish than the guy who posted the video, but goldfish require 20 to 30 gallons each, at a minimum. Genius.
 
yeah I've seen the average comet get 16"
and y do they advertise things like the bio orb and mini 5 gallon tanks with pictures of fan tails and plecos etc.
 
It's all about the sale. BioOrbs are actually even worse, because of the small surface area at the top of the tank. People drop sixty and seventy bucks on these little "cute" tanks when they could probably get a decent sized one with real filters, lights, etc. for not much more.
 
And not just because the size of those fish, but cichlids are very aggressive and need a lot of swimming room.
 
I'm guessing so. I could put anything in a tank for a day, and it would look happy. It's the next day that's the problem.
