Overstocked?

Just curious if I was overstocking my future tank before I buy the fish.

40 breeder:

1xRed wolf fish
2xRocket gar


Also was wondering if I could add anything like Cory cats or something if its under stocked.

Once they're fully grown, you may need to upgrade but I think you'll be ok for quite a while.

I think the gars would be about perfect for you. I can't think of anything that would stay too much smaller as an adult.

What about African butterfly fish? And about the wolf, what should I feed him? Just hope he eventually eats some sinking pellets and blood worms?

He should. There's some hardcore wolf guys over in Other Characins. Try asking about how to break him there!

African butterflies would work. I was thinking predators lol. If you're willing to go peaceful there's all sorts of stuff you could put in there.
