Own made Fry food ??

i was speaking with someone tonight whos friend takes bloodworm flake and some other stuff and crush's it all togeather to make a paste then puts it in a tank with fry so much that it turns the whole water cloudy with food,


he says he does this so the fish are constantly eating food,

is this a good idea? is it healthy for them and what would be best to mix togeather?

i had not heard of this idea before of mass feeding fry to make them grow faster

I recently took all kinds of different foods including bloodworms, tubiflex, spirulina, different flakes, vegie flakes and seaweed and crushed it fine. I then put it through a flour sifter (the kind that is all silver with a handle). I gave it a good shake and feed it to my fry. They love it, and are doing great with it. More have survived since I have been feeding them that then when I just gave them crushed regular flakes. And, it doesn't cloud the water at all.
