Well I do not think it was a SEA otter, but a river otter most likely. I have to wonder if this pima was already lying on the shore when the otter just decided to snack on a free meal.

I've heard that a group of otters can take down a croc. Wouldn't surprise me if this otter took down this pima all by himself. Hard to believe these cute and fuzzy SOB can take down such big animals.

Diet of river otter includes:
-piranhas
-small caimans
-anacondas
-catfish
-humans(JK)

Well that otter is no small pup himself, looks pretty stout.

Well, I guess if I was going to see a dead fish, at least it's due to an incredible, but endangered animal taking it down and not strung up in a market. And yeah. Giant river otters are some bad ass furballs. Not something I'd want to mess with.
