I just bought 4" OxyN last week and is it possible that these fishes are farmed? Since farmed fish are runt, I'm afraid it will never exceed more than 1'. Or does it just like RTC, still can grow to huge sizes even though its farmed?

They are readily available at small sizes so yes they are probably farmed for the hobby. No reason to expect a runt though. Very fast growing. Expect 2.5-3' in 2 years, 3-3.5' in 3 years.
I'm curious as to why you think farmed fish do not reach their full sizes as I have never heard of that?
In a 4x2x2 aquarium, for now. Yeah, nice fish and have no trouble feeding him even though it just arrived.
No, I have a 10x5x2 pond. It will soon be crowded though. But I have plan on turning my unused swimming pool into fish pond. If it still crowded, I could just throw em in my 100m x 50m pond. Make a fishing pond, sorta.
