More often than not, fish that size have outgrown their keeper's tanks, which means they must go - a distressed sale is a keeper's loss = your gain. If you are lucky, you may score a free one. Otherwise, it may be just cheap if from a keeper directly, like 1/10 to 1/2 the price. If an LFS takes it in as a trade-in, you'd have to pay (as I did) $100-$300.

That's of course in the US. I'm clueless about Sweden.
