Oxygen Canister for Shipping fish?? NYC Help

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
If you have any welding supply warehouses around they should have some. Also any home medical supply stores.

I used to use a air pump and hose. Just twist the top around the air hose plug in the pump. Once the bag is full pull the hose up to the twist and just twist it shut and pull the hose out then tie up the bag and your good to go. I shipped atleast 5 times like this each time was successful with no deaths

An air pump and hose are fine for short shipments. Using pure O2 will allow for long distance shipping and any shipping delays. As stated, check out local welding supply stores. They'll rent you an already filled small O2 tank and regulator. Forget the medical supply O2. Medical O2, by law, requires a doctor's prescription to get medical-grade O2.

The longest shipment was three days to New Orleans but you might be right
