Oxygen canisters for shipping fish

At Canadian tire they have small canisters listed at oxygen for welding. the canister brand is worthingtons.

I am shipping fish when the LFS is not open so looking for another alternative and wonder if anybody knew anything about these and whether they would fit the bill.

You'll want medical grade O2 if you are using it to fill shipping bags with.

What's the difference? As my lfs says he gets his from a welding a shop

I just called a medical store to ask the difference and they told me that to get medical grade you need a precription....now I am really confused
