I have a 180, with 3 rays, 3 dats and 1 aro.

i run 1 w/d with 1200 gph pump and 2 x ac110, and i run a Rena 400 airpump with 1" airstone...

is this enough oxygen for my tank?

I'm going to bite it and say probably more than enough.

If your fish are breathing pretty frequent with long breaths, chances are there isnty enough. However your aro will be fine as there's usually more oxygen at the waters surface.

you could always buy an O2 test kit and see for yourself.

It seems a fully aerated setup, but if you wanna convince yourself enough and be complacent you can try the 02 test kit

Unless you are seeing something unusual in your fishes behavior and your water parameters are fine I would say its enough.

wow, better aeration than most people. Just stir up the water surface a lot and you'll be fine

In a word....yes. The 110's "cascade" effect is enough as it is, and as stated there is no lack of dissolved oxygen with the wet dry. The air-stone is not needed though. It does not add dissolved oxygen, it just encapsulates other harmful gasses and brings them to the surface, so the gas exchange can take place. I, however, add air-pumps/stones/bubble wands, to all my tanks out of habit.

That should be more then enough, I've heard that you only need 5 times your galleons in the tank, and the 1200 gph should be enough.
