P-bass and aro together?

I have an opportunity to pick up a foot long peacock bass. He would have to go into a 6 foot tank with bichirs, an NTT dat and a RTG that is measuring in between 16 and 17".

Will I have problems with mixing the bass and the aro?

Nope...not at all. I used to mix them and I know there are a few people here who have that mix. Maybe not a Jar though

I would say you should be fine, i've had aro's and pbass before in the same tank..

Is 40 bucks a good price? I'm still waiting to see a pic to determine that variant. The guy selling only knows it as a peacock bass.

i think $40 for a foot long pbass is a great deal! post some pics when you pick it up and add it to your community!

should be ok, but there might be a risk that the aro will bother the bass at 1st as the aro was in the tank b4 the bass, all depends on the individual aggression of the aro

Thanks for the info. To be honest, I'm more concerned with the p-bass damaging the aro. If I do get the bass and it doesn't work out, I have an empty 5.5 foot 120 gallon I could put him.
