P-bass and Black Aro?

Im buying a Glasscages 180 and getting a black arowana. I'm going to put quite a bit of plants in the tank and some bogwood.

In two-three years when the arowana outgrows the 180 Im going to buy a glasscages 300 gallon.

What I was wondering is, would p-bass be able to live with my arowana in the 180 until he outgorws it in a couple years, or would it be better to wait until the aro's in the 300 and then introduce p-bass that are already quite large?

Ummmm. The Pbass are going to out grow your black. What size black are you getting and what size Pbass are you getting?

My BF and I are going to be trying it with a 10" or so black and 3" P.bass.but we have a few backup plans.

I was planning on getting a 4-6 in. aro and maybe a p-bass or two at the same size.

I wish black's didnt grow so slow, but I kind of like how they do because it gives me more time to save up for the 300.

That won't work......the pbass will out grow it and eat it or kill it......you have to get the pbass smaller for it to work....

If it cant it's ok because I was probably going to keep the black by itself anyways.

lol then you risk the chance of the aro eating them..........i would get a 10" aro and maybe 3-4" pbass.........

A single p-bass or two?

The aro is going to be living in the 180 for upto three years, most likely two becuase thats when Im moving and while have space fore the 300. Wont the p-bass outgrow the 180 in that time?
