i have 2 7 inch p bass and noticed when one was pooping it looked like blood coming out with it. is it blood and if so y. can i fix it. thank you for any advice

ya. the food is red. its color enhancer pellets. but when he pooped it was poop and a red liquid. was that just coloring off the poop
