P.Bass Fin Rot?

I got this guy in hospital tank now for 5 days being treated with Maracyn and Maracyn II. The problem is that fin rot is usually rotting from the outside in but on the top fin, its rotting from the center out.
Anyone have any ideas?

I have found that clean water helps reduce the incidence of fin rot. What's your water change schedule?

How long have you had him? Could be parasitic...What are his mates? And in what size tank? Temp...Etc...Tell us more, and possibly WAY closer pics...

I had him for about 2yrs with a 8" JD, a 6" B.Parrot, 2 S.Dollars in a 125gal filtered w/ 2x Fluval 304 and 1 Emp.400. along w/ 30-50% weekly h20 changes. Here r more pics:

Some of it looks like damage..Try changing more water...What do you feed? And how often?

M.shrimp, pellets, krill.
Should I use Coppersafe?

Don't consider chemicals for fin and eye damage. What are your water parameters? Water quality should be looked into for finrot and damaged eye cases.
