Has anyone tried either of those with their bass and if so how did it work out? I was thinking about jumping on an upcoming group order from rapps and getting a few of each.
P Bass with Golden Dorado and Emperor Cichlids

first off,dorado work better in tanks with alot of fish to spread aggression.
it should work with alot of dithers.
i think the aggression will be during feeding time where the pbass will try to be the first to eat and the dorado would whoop on them...
expect at least torn fins.
my ideal SA tank would be A 20,000 with a arapima peacock bass silver arros dorados pacus and a couple RTC's.
ive seen pbass and dorados done alright. never seen or heard of emperors with them, esp since they are from diff continents and environments.

just IME the emps has to be one of the fastest growing cichlids, bought mine @3" within a month he was close to 5.5".

they are hte biggest cichlids...only rivaled by temensis.
