Hello,

I recently purchased two P. endlicheri endlicheri, each about 3". Both have a very fine black mottled pattern on the typical brownish background(see attached pics). My question: will this color pattern change much as the two fish mature/grow or will it stay pretty much the same? Thanks!

Excellent, thanks! I was hoping they'd retain that marbled pattern. I like it more than solid bars. Does this pattern correspond to a particular geographic origin or is it just typical variation? The vendor I purchased them from said they are wild caught.

These guys are such fun to watch; they cruise around the tank almost all day. I'm very happy I decided to purchase them.

Those guys are farm bred not wild caught.
