P. Guttalatum Rio Mosanit ***LOAD WARNING***

I picked up this group of (5) 4" p. guttalatum from James aka Cavamart roughly 2 weeks ago. They are currently being housed in my 210g tank with (4) T. passionis, (4) A. rostratus and (1) C. kraussii. I'm really digging this combination of fish and can't wait till they put on a little more size and their colors really start to pop.

The Paratheraps guttulatus are looking great! Cavamart is a great guy and breeds some really nice fish. I have to say though that Caquetaia kraussii is STUNNING...

I'm 90% sure it's either a male or a female, not having a clue how to sex them makes me less accurate.

^ just messing around BTW, I will look into them right now and see what I can find, honestly have never researched them much, only the Caquetaia spectabilis have a I really dug into.

Nice tank and love the stock. Is it hard to tell the difference between the t. pasiones from the rostratus at that size? Do have more pics of the rostratus?

Thanks bro...only rostratus but some altifrons would be nice but don't know if I could be patient enough to grow those out, Astotheros grow SO slow IMO! I will however be getting back my 6"+ male A. nourisatti soon.

Thanks! It's hard to tell young paratheraps/vieja species apart (well at least for me). Your fish definitely have very similar coloring and vertical black bars as mine and could very well be P. Guttulatum but don't quote me on it .
