So I found another cl listing for piranha and called. The woman wasn't sure the type because that's her husbands thing but at $5 a pop I figured why not. When I got there he said they were about 30 red bellies and "blue bellies" mixed in a 55g. well I've never heard of blue bellies so here are a few pics. sorry they aren't better. As you can see they have the very upturned jaw, definitely not rbp's, and a deep blueish-purple hue on the scales. Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing you're talking about Pristobrycon Maculipinnis. That would be sweet. I know they're pretty hard to come by. The guy I got them from had them sent to him directly from a missionary friend in the Amazon.
