Got 5 red bellys on sat. 2 more came in today. Is there a reason why the 2 I got today do not have the red coloration on the belly? I know they loose it when they get big but there size is somewere in the middle of the first 5 I got. Here r a couple pics. The first one shows the two new ones with one of the others. The second pic is 4 of ones from sat. Thanks in advance

they looked like that in there old environment. is there diff types of natts?

First off wow, worst pics I have seen on mfk!

Secondly, from what I can hardly see they look like rbp, with that said EACH INDIVIDUAL fish is different, just cuz their a shoal doesn't mean their all going to look the same, as said above they need to acclimate, once they feel comfortable their real colors and personalities will come out!

Better pics? Setup size? Is the tank cycled?

yes. u act like im a newb lol. ive have natts and caribe for ps and have had just about every oddball fish on this website. i made a post a couple days ago that you even responed to. they are in a 265 gallon and as far as the pics go my phone takes crappy pics but there clear enough to show the red on the five and no red on the other 2 and thats all that needed to be shown from the pics.
as mentioned even in there previous owners tank they showed no red. all i was asking is different kind or maybe diff location possible. dont need peeps to start crap that ive seen on this site happen many many times. not here for that kind of nonsense

+1 on the worst pics ever. I wold say give it a couple days and see if they color up. If not, there's a strong possibility they are not RBP's. You will know in a few days watching them feed and behavior and so on.

If ur so focused on pics here are some more that probably still look like crap but here they are anyway. thats the best my phone can do. i dont know why seeing the its only a year old.

It has to do with the substrate too. I have tan pfs and some are just silver and black besides the red fins.

The fourth pic is clear enough to see what your talking about. The two non-red ones seem to be slightly bigger but look exactly (shape) like the RBP's.

I have to admit this is intriguing. Almost as much fun as messing with you about your poor photographic skills

I'm curious what the next couple days will show, but please don't post any more pics. A drawing or diagram would be fine. Another thought, just let us know if they color up or not............

Please no more pics! (wink)
