first one is standard p14, second is galaxy p14 of a higher quality.my brothers look like a cross between those..not quite the quality of the seond one..very nice p14 regardless..i'd buy them!

Both are very nice. Second is kinda like looking at one of those illusion posters, makes you almost dizzy with so many spots.

Not sure my self, but if I had to guess, P=Potomatrygon and the 14=numerical ID.

i would say the 2nd is a male as males seem to have more spots even from the same batch of pups
