What's up MFK. I just introduced a new p14 male to my female that we've had a few years. She's about 3 years plus and around 13" disc. Because of the smaller size wasn't sure if she was breeding ready.

The male took an immediate interest in her so took a quick video. Fingers crossed he gets the deed done. She hasn't given in yet that I can tell. But this is a good sign

Nice! Congrats! that is what my male does as well, he seems to go after the top of the females head..lol

Keep us updated! i think mine may have got the job done about a month ago, so may be some CB p14's soon!

Haha he needs some coaching. Hopeful They figure out how things work. Just fed and looked She's a little beat up now. Going to lose some Of those pretty spots I'm sure.

I've got the isley brothers and Marvin ***e playing. Hopefully that Will set the mood!
 
Cool, my male is always biting on my females head and "face" area, I think the hole where the gills are (spiracles?) Is easy leverage for them to try to flip, and then when he realizes he can't flip her then he just ends up going bottom lol.

True. That parrot is a boss. It was at a lfs beat to crap by a dovii. Has the temperament of a flowerhorn, but not equipped to do damage. :)

Yes Dave this guy too. Damage is Around the eyes and spiracles. She's got a raw patch like a silver dollar. Probably separate this afternoon for a few days let her rest.

How's the hunt for a male going? I'm keeping an eye out for you up here.
