I think I'm starting next week. Time to get my butt kicked and get my endurance back. I'm not fat, just need to get toned. I'm 21, 5'8, 170 pounds.

If anyone here has experience with it, feel free to share anything you can about it. I have everything I need [equipment and space] and figured out my diet plan, just have to go buy the food.

Anything to share? Any success stories?

I did the whole program 2 years ago. Stick with it. Its a commitment but you really will be in great shape. Id love to do the program again but my life is too chaotic right now and the 6 day commitment is hard for me. If you are in half way good shape to begin with, you will notice huge difference in a couple weeks. I work out 4 days a week and was in good shape but when I did p90x, I was ripped up within 2 months. Good luck

Hey thanks a lot! I'm not in terrible shape, I can play 3 hours of roller hockey with the first thing that hurts being blisters on my ankles. I'm looking to lose some belly fat and have a more attractive upper body. On top of it, gain the health benefits associated with working out. I start the fire academy next year so I need some base strength and physical ability.

I went through the program but only made it a couple weeks. I have trouble being motivated to work out at home. I liked it and it kicked my butt. But I ended up switching to a gym that I could go to after work. I stole a lot of the exercises and now have them in my routine.

I was 145lbs before starting P90X and gained 10lbs and weighed 155lbs after 60 days. I stopped for few days to do some errands and lost all motivation. It is hard to get motivated once you stop. So unless you can motivate yourself... DO NOT STOP DOING IT. The only thing I did different in my diet was I drank protein mix after each workout. I need to get back on it.

Sounds good guys. The motivation is my biggest problem. I understand every reason I should do it, it's just getting my butt downstairs to do it.

I just finished Insanity. And once u get past the first week or so u should be good and in the routine.
