Not an expert, but I know they don't need any special lighting. I'd try to keep lighting pretty low, I've heard they can get uncomfortable under bright light (plus it may dry out their habitat). Peat or sphagnum moss is supposed to be good for substrate. As far as temps I've heard they typically do well at room temperature, but don't quote me on that.

They need high humidity,should be fed a mostly insect(and maybe some fish,but not goldfish diet), u can keep several in a 20 gallon tank if they r of similar size,a coconut fiber or other similar substrate works well.
