Any info? I searched only found four threads so lets get it goin guys. Max size? Eating habits? Water Parameters?
Could you keep with tankmates? Ive heard they can eat large fish. I dont need anymore of those guys as my gulper takes care of that for me.
 
Stays on the bottom waits for prey to come to it and bam, hits it much like an angler fish. Pretty fast strike from what I hear.
 
it has a large mouth, the most awesome cat there is...can live with big tank mates ( i have one with the ARo's )

feed it pieces of fish with tweezers so the aro's don't get there first.

do a search by ALEXANDRI..might yield more results
 
Lophiosilurus alexandri are awsome but not the swimmers like Gulpers. Have a look on the link below that is from the Bolt cat thread 20 or so below this. If you click on the link at the bottom of the first page you can see the pacman pair living with an arrowana. They are also on planetcatfish.

I had thought (imagined) that the pacman cat would be more round LOL

I wanna get some cats that will be good in the 90 I have. I was thinking of throwing the 2 Lima I have, the Gulper, a pacman, and maybe a bagarius bagarius and have a cat only tank..those pacmans look preettty damnn big DJC lol.
