There is this little albino pacman frog in my lfs who is sitting there every time I visit. I might get it, but I just want to know a few things. How big does it's tank need to be? I hear they will live in a 10g, but I want him to be happier. So I guess his diet will be crickets and mealworms, and when he gets, bigger, mice.

the most interesting frog to have, imo.....they are greta frogs..the clowns of frogdom!!

These guys are ambush predators so 10g should be fine unless it's a female which could get up to 6" or more than you "might" need a 20g. As for foods you can feed crickets, nightcrawlers (earthworm), meal worm (alittle fatty so once in while treat), mice (once a month), supermarket fishes (I use smelts).

you wanted them to be happy i would set the 20 up either way wether it male or female so the individual will have more then ample room...

If a ten is all you can get it will be fine as pacmans dont tend to move much they just sit and wait for an unsuspecting prey item to pass by then gobble it down with their incredibly large mouths and powerful arms. if they are well kept and healthy then they usually grow very very fast most likely due to their massive apetites. Make sure that the source of water you provide is not too deep as pacmans can drowned in deeper water sources. If your source is deep then put a thin layer of aquarium gravel on the bottom. And be sure that the substrate you use is kept constantly moist. Start out feeding various insects then as the frog grows you can begin feeding mice, large night crawlers, reptiles and frogs as long as you know that they arent poisonis, and feeder fish if youd like just do not feed these items very often, stick with a cricket staple diet. Good luck with your frog if you decide to purchase it.

here's mine:) I have lots of frogs and toads, but none compares :)
