Pacu fin problem

I have two pacus and they have been fighting lately.

One of my pacus has a little chunk taken out of its pectoral fin.

And the fin seems to be getting gunk on it, and has been looking very odd.

The gunk is not white, but more like a dull yellowish color.

The fish is acting normal, he is eating good and has no been scratching on anything.

The water chemistry is spot on when i test the water....

Does anyone have and suggestions?

Put it in the hospital tank, add melafix and pimafix and monitor your water parameters as necessary. Do water changes every other day and dose the two meds again as water changes lessen their effect.

At a average fish store? Like petsmart or petco?

Yes, those petstores should have Melafix and Pimafix.
