hello mfkers, i recently put my 6" pacu into a spare holding tank while setting up my 150. while it was in the holding tank it was ramming the glass and his nose got beat up pretty bad and you can see its teeth. its been about 2 weeks now and hasnt fully heal, will it ever fully heal?

Yes, it will fully heal.

Although I'm letting you know that a 150 is definitely not enough for a Pacu. Aim for something over 700 gallons, with at least a 3' width.

yea i plan on eventually doing a plywood tank build, then when isnt big enough maybe an indoor pond or something. do you know how long it will take?

It may be permanently deformed.

Our Leonardo repeatedly slammed his face into the glass of the 55 gallon tank he was in when we got him.

He had a serious injury with front teeth visible

5 years later, his upper lip is permenantly missing
