Welcome to MFK. You will not get even close to that many digits for a Pacu. There are always "Free Threads" for regular and Black pacu. Your best bet is to try and donate him to a local university or college. G/L w/your search

Very nice looking Pacu, but i agree as well, everyone gives them away in my neck of the woods, good luck with finding him a very large home.
