Pacu ribs!

I was watching diners drive ins and dives the other night and there was a new jersey restaurant that serves fish from brazil. And one of there best dishes are pacu ribs! And guy didn't have a clue what the pacu was but either way he said it was one of the best fish he's had! Anyone happen to kno this restaurant? I came into the episode half way in and missed where it was specifically I wanna go. I always wanted to try pacu
