The highback arowana I mentioned in my last post about tank mates is officially mine now! Just have it in quarantine at work for the weekend, then Wednesday it comes home!

It may look rough now but with time, love, and a heap of care I bet it will be stunning

It started looking better after just a few hours alone, so here's hoping.
I don't think it'll need that much effort to bring this fish back to beauty.

I can't wait either! Never thought I'd own an Asian arowana.
About 10".
By 2019 I'm hoping I can start conditioning for colour and be done healing since it isn't that bad.
Should treat while it's in quarantine & introduce treatment again in main tank sooner than 2019

Oh, I'm already running some medications through right now. I meant conditioning colour once fully healed and settled in my tank. Thanks for the suggestion on medication though!
