Mildew inhibitors shouldn't hurt your fish unless you plan on filling the canopy with water and letting them swim around in it.

The guy at sherwin williams said it was the best to go with as he uses it in his canopys at home . I was gonna go with tileclad 2 but he said he wouldnt sell it to me as its some nasty stuff.
