Not sure if this is the right section but i just painted my back and bottom glass black using a oil based rustoleum high gloss paint came out pretty nice. Now the silicone in the tank seems too bright. Is there a paint or spray paint that i can use INSIDE the tank thats not toxic/harmful to my fish. Of course i would empty the water lol

Sorry phone isn't obeying. Lol... anyhow... there is a spray paint I found out about through an online article, but I can't remember the name of it. There are also the pond paints that are a bit more pricey. There are some other waterproof paints as well, but they have to be leached of chemicals with water before they are fish safe. Look at some of the DIY builds and I am sure you will find multiple paints for this.

If you intend to cover the bright silicone with paint. I don't think its going to work. Even if there is a fish-safe paint, it will not adhere to dried silicone.
