For a breeding separator I made, I used the craft plastic sheets with the square holes and stitched it together with that green wire for hanging up pictures and other craft stuff. I did paint it with Fusion by Rustolium (its for plastics) It says it drys in 15 mins and can handle in 1 hour. However it says "non chipping after 7 days" If I use it a couple of hours after it has dried (its been about 2 hours so far) will it hurt my fish do you think?

I would give it a few more hour to make sure that it has dried. I like to let it sit overnight before putting it in the tank.
